In my own words
for fun:

I love to dance.. mostly 5 rhythms type of dancing. I was a dance major and so dance moves me deeply. Being in Nature brings me great joy. I also love to share time with friends..or get lost in a really powerful movie or dreaming of a new adventure
my job:

I am self employed and have several projects. Interior design and creating beauty is a part of it. I've been my own boss for most of my adult life and I couldn't imagine anything else. MY next venture is opening a cool cafe in west Sonoma county.
my ethnicity:

I am a mix of Irish, French, English and Cherokee
my religion:

Metaphysics and personal growth.. exploring the greater of what is.I do'nt care much for organized religion and I am deeply spiritual.My faith is in knowing that we can create whatever we choose. The focus being.. what do we CHOOSE?
my education:

I was a dance major with an emphasis also in business. I have a PhD in life. Most of what I have truly learned was from wise men and women, in their huts in the wilds of nowhere. I also learned a lot being a stepmother to 2 teen boys for 10 years.
favorite hot spots:

My favorite hiking trail nearby is the Pomo trail.Going dancing wherever there is good music. friends houses. Syrah Restaurant..or farther way for some cool little club hot springs traveling to anywhere where there are jungles and/or good diving.
favorite things:

Did I mention Hiking or Dancing? I could care less about shopping unless it's at a market in a 3rd world country...but I Do love a good movie or a top rated dinner.. or dinner in a little dive. I love studying entheogens and personal growth or ....

About my life and what I'm looking for

I am in a very focused time now with opening a new business, but I sometimes feel that I would love to have someone to share my life with. I am an eclectic mix of so many different things. I welcome differences and yet I find that I prefer to be with someone that we share most of the same interests. I am an independent woman who is grounded and happy with her own life. I am deeply committed to my own personal growth and I am looking for someone who has done a certain amount of work so that they have a deeper understanding of themself and are looking for someone to augment their life more than "complete" them. I am not interested in teaching anyone what I have learned but more being inspired and inspiring someone to learn even more. I hope to always be learning more about myself and life and growing and sharing that. I have a need to be mentally stimulated to be able to go deeper with someone. For me, stimulating conversations are more about us both being on the same wavelength and growing more than having a sparing debate about greatly opposing ideas...and yet a little sparring can a fun challenge. I feel good about myself and I feel like I am in touch with my own personal power. If me saying that scares you then read no more. I have been known to speak my mind to even strangers if I sense that any harm or injustice is being done. I love outspokenness and with the wisdom of my age I have learned how to do this in a most loving and gentle way...but truth is something that must be. Speaking the truth is very important to me and I believe a foundation point for a good relationship. I am passionate about most things in my life. I can flirt with danger at times... I love jumping from high cliffs into clear water. IT is a certain high that makes me laugh. I love to laugh . Sometimes I can be so focused on my projects "to do" that a welcome respite would be for a partner who can bring some levity into the moment. I have a good sense of humor but I am better at laughing at your silly comments than making them. I love to dance and I would love to have a partner who loves that also...but for sure I could not live without sharing a love of the outdoors. Nature is the place where I can most easily connect with my spirituality . Hiking in a bamboo forest and hearing the clack clack above is a great high for me. Being able to walk in silence together and enjoy the beauty... no need to point out to each other every little pretty thing. I have learned that saying nothing can be the most connected time. I have enjoyed being in partnership and traveling together and spending 24 hours together ..it can be heaven... and yet I need that to be balanced with my own personal retreat time. and gladly give that to my partner. I would love to hear about what oracle you trust when times get tough in your life. Where do you look, for solace and wisdom? I have lived with no running water in a cabin that was snowed in for the winter and only an outhouse and a frozen creek out back... and I have lived in a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 story house by myself. I am a mix of many different things and have seen so much and experienced so much . I love the finer things in life.. cashmere, expensive wines and champagne, the ballet.. but I prefer finding my beautiful things in the local thrift store. I also love the finer things in life being simplicity and hanging with a cup of tea with a friend. My home is filled with ethnic art I have collected in all my years of traveling the globe. So many beautiful places left to see. Perhaps you have things to teach me of your travels?
I love animals. I get great joy in putting out the hay for my llamas, goats and sheep. One of my dreams would be to have a lovely big farm filled with more animals and do nothing but care for them and write...but that is only one dream of many.

Achieving real intimacy takes time, and vulnerability, and willingness and being real. How deep can you dive?
